Have you spend £10 to £20 on essential oils for beard health ???? I have known many other people in my life have spent a lot of money on beard oils, but your being ripped off and it’s so easy to make your own! There are not many article out there to help men choose an oil to suit their needs for their own beard health, so the following short article will help you to pick 3 oils and show you how to blend these oils for your own personalised oil for your beard.
A beard oil is often used for its soothing properties for the skin and abilities to help and nourish the beard and healing spots or blemishes underneath the beard it’s self. Essential oils have been used for hundreds of years on men’s beards and it’s about time you got your beard some tender loving care, as often men don’t look after their beards.
First off we need a base oil for the essential oil and these can be a mixture of nourishing oils such as Johoba oil, grapeseed oil, rosehip and Argan oil. These oils all work very well helping to moisturise and condition both the beard and skin.
You can use all 3 base oils together or one at a time if you don’t have all ingredients to hand. When making this beard oil you only need to add 10mls of your base oils as stated above and you will use 2 drops of each essential oil and use 3 essential oils provided in the list below for the benefits that you want for your beard.
When to apply?
Best to apply after a shower or washing your face on a towel dried beard. Rub a small amount 2-4 drops between your hands and work it through your beard from roots to tip. Use daily to keep skin and beard wellness. If you would like a beard oil specifically making for you then please contact me on the page contact form.
